Semi-annually, on the first business day of January and July.

Paying and Viewing Your Account
Homeowners can view their account and statements through the CAMS homeowner portal.
Late Payments
Assessments not paid within 30 days after the due date accrue interest at 18% per year, plus any late charges set by the Board. Unpaid assessments can become a lien on the lot. See the CC&Rs (Article VI) for details.
Budget and Reports
The Treasurer prepares the annual budget and mails it to members at least 30 days before the annual meeting. Financial records are available to members to inspect on request.
What do my dues pay for?
Dues pay for the common expenses of the Association, in particular maintenance and improvement of the common areas, along with the Association’s normal operating costs.
