  • Single-family community of about 170 homes in northeast Charlotte, NC.
  • 2026 annual dues: $400 per lot, paid semi-annually in January and July.
  • One-time $200 capital contribution due when a lot transfers to a new owner.
  • No leasing in the first 12 months. An owner may not lease a home until 12 months after acquiring title. This discourages investor purchases. After that, leases must be at least 12 months and in writing; short-term rentals, room rentals and subleasing are prohibited.
  • Exterior changes require Association approval.
